Shipping Terms

• Shipping issues or returned shipments resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
• Minor dents, scratches, creases, or other damage to the product's outer packaging caused during transit. Such damage is not eligible for refund, return, or replacement.
• Shipment refusal or return by the customer will result in additional shipping charges for reshipment.
  
• Any damage caused by customer mishandling after delivery.

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, MerchMura.com is not liable for delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit. Any claims relating to lost or damaged shipments will be subject to the courier's investigation and resolution process.

Refunds and Returns:

7.2 In the event that a pre-order cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued.
